So its out, its there for us all to hear and whilst the doubters, of that there are many and have been of the Gallagher's since the great Be Here Now, say its just Importance of Being Idle, its nothing new, its easy middle ground keeping the Oasis fans happy - Your wrong.
The Death of You & Me is superb, it is a Noel song, its what we wanted and what we expected. It has a superb jazzy edge to it and a brass solo towards the end that adds to this song. Unlike his brothers voice Noels has improved ten fold over the years and works really well here.
We can but only wait for the album, with songs already out there, unfinished, in the public domain we know that we are going to get something special.
